Supercharging a sustainable visitor economy through
AI and smart technologies.
OUR PARTNERS
We are working with industry and five university partners to develop a new research cooperative that will support a more sustainable and competitive future for Australia’s visitor economy. New partners are welcome to join.

About Us
Redesigning Australia’s visitor economy for the next generation of consumers and businesses, and building stronger businesses and communities and internationally competitive destinations.
As the world’s attention turns to Australia in the lead-up to the 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games, we have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to develop artificial intelligence (AI) and harness smart technologies to transform Australia’s visitor economy to a world leader in digitally enhanced tourism and travel experiences and an innovator in sustainable tourism destinations.

"As international travel reaches full recovery, the challenge focuses on using AI to improve personalised services, streamline operations, and elevate customer engagement, delivering scalable solutions that bring measurable results." (United Nations Tourism)
